Job Description
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor spa staff, including front desk, concierge, and treatment personnel; coordinate schedules and coverage to meet business needs.
- Guest Experience: Address client concerns, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations; implement company policies and service standards.
