Role overview

As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Spa guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, able to answer guest queries and showcasing your knowledge of the spa, the facilities and our product range. You may also be expected to support with the team and carry out treatments within the spa from time to time, so previous experience and relevant qualifications will be necessary.

This is a permanent role, at 32 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
