Job Description
Join Dexterra Group as a Sous Chef prepared to make an impact in a family-style dining environment. In this short-term contract, you’ll support meal preparation and kitchen operations at a remote lodge.
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef Manager with daily food production, inventory management, and staff training. This role requires at least three years of experience in food service, and you'll need a valid Food Safety certification. Your culinary expertise will shine as you prepare a variety of meals, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Chef Manager in food production and service
• Prepare soups, proteins, pastas, and baked goods
