Job Summary

  • Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations
  • Exhibits creative and decorating talents by personally preparing gourmets while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products for all areas
  • Works to continually improve associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
  • Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards
  • Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved

    • Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in kitchen operations in luxury hotel is preferred
  • Passionate and service oriented 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Sous Chef
