Position Overview

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the beach team at Riviera on the Beach, delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the Beach Club Management team.

What You’ll Do

• Report to the Beach Club Management team and oversee the culinary department outlet.
• Plan menus, manage food waste, food cost, and develop culinary talent.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities in food preparation, kitchen, and storeroom areas.
• Stay current with culinary trends and translate creative ideas into new dishes.
• Maintain high creativity and quality in a high‑pressure environment.
• Adapt working hours as needed to cover Beach Club operations.
