The hotel offers a 2 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food seasonally changing dishes, has a very popular afternoon menu and caters for private dining and weddings. This is an excellent property and as sous chef you will have an input on menus and also will be assisting to lead a brigade of 9 Chefs whilst remaining hands on when service requires. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.
