The Role
The Sous Chef is a key leader in the culinary team, responsible for supporting the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of cuisine. During the pre-opening phase, this role will be instrumental in establishing workflows, training staff, and setting the tone for culinary excellence that reflects Mandarin Orientalβs legendary service and hospitality.
