Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef within a luxury lodge or five‑star hospitality environment
• Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a remote environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to confidently lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
