Weve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in .

Back then, they couldnt afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosas Thai Café was reborn.

Today, were a growing group of restaurants across the UK.

The role

Were looking for a confident, hands-on Sous- Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen.

Youll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail
