We’re seeking a skilled and driven SOUS CHEF to support the Head Chef and Executive Operations Chef in delivering consistency, innovation, and operational excellence across a dynamic group of restaurants. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical ability with leadership skills, reliability, and a passion for culinary excellence at one of the flagship restaurants in Parkhurst or Bryanston, Johannesburg. The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery - each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification
- 5 - 7+ years’ experience in fine‑dining or premium casual restaurants
