The Job:
The main responsibilities in this role are to ensure the brigade delivers the very best, both service and product. You will be heavily involved with being on the stoves and be someone who is passionate about cooking and working with fresh seasonal produce as well as working with your team on writing and designing new and exciting menus, you will ensure the profitability of all departments. Making sure that you and the brigade comply with all health and safety regulations, is at the heart of the business, it is all about training and developing all junior members of the team, and ensuring that all learning and development plans are completed thus helping to drive standards and retain enthusiastic and quality driven individuals passionate about food.
