Sous Chef - MOD Abbey Wood

£34400 per annum/ 40 hours per week

We’re searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high-performing kitchen.   • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team

  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
