Sous Chef
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will co-lead the kitchen at a brand new premium dining restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership: you will shape the menu, build the brigade and set the standard for service from day one. Ideal for a chef ready to step up in a venue that rewards initiative and develops careers.
As a Sous duties will involve:
β’ Leading daily kitchen operations and driving consistent service execution
β’ Contributing to menu design, costings and culinary direction
β’ Recruiting, onboarding and developing the kitchen brigade
β’ Managing rostering to maintain a structured, balanced team
β’ Driving succession planning and career growth within the kitchen
Skills & Experience
β’ Proven Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie experience in a premium restaurant
