Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading all back-of-house culinary operations for a high-volume fine dining restaurant. The Sous Chef plays a critical leadership role in maintaining exceptional food quality, kitchen organization, staff development, sanitation standards, and efficient service execution. This position requires strong culinary technique, leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
