Working hour: 44 hours per week (6 days per week)

Salary : $3300-$4000

• Assist in developing creative culinary concepts, dishes.
• Support the head chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and hygiene.
• Help manage food costs, kitchen operations, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Participate in staff training and promote sustainable kitchen practices.
• Stay updated on culinary trends to enhance menu offerings.

Must be proficient in both Western and Local (Asian) cuisine.
