**Who will you be working with?**

The Friction Product Line designs and manufactures high-friction and low-friction composition, sintered brake shoes, specialty shoes, and disc brake linings for freight, locomotive and transit vehicles.

**How will you make a difference?**

The **Sourcing Specialist** leads the procurement of key goods and services required for operations. Develops and supports initiatives for cost, inventory reductions and improvement of supplier performance. Collaborates with commodity teams to support combining of spend to affect cost savings. Partners with suppliers to obtain parts, supplies and/or equipment per design specification at the best value, within schedule and quality requirements.

**What do we want to know about you?**
