Overview

We are strengthening our External Labour and Facilities team with a new Sourcing Manager position. In this role, you will work as a Sourcing Manager driving change in our organization, driving sourcing projects, negotiating supplier contracts, and building stakeholder and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Executing strategic change, focus on external labour.
• Executing strategic sourcing projects, focus on external labour.
• Drive early involvement in sourcing process, co-creating a forward-looking sourcing pipeline.
• Negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
• Deliver measurable cost reduction and cost avoidance across external spend.
• Identify and execute cashflow optimization opportunities, including payment term improvements and P2P compliance.
• Actively seeking new opportunities for sourcing pipeline.
