Your Job

As a Sourcing Engineer, Indirect Procurement based at the Molex Penang facility, you will support Molex’s Indirect Procurement goals and CCS plant deliverables by executing both strategic and tactical sourcing activities across indirect categories. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with site stakeholders (e.g., Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS, HR, Purchasing, QA, Warehouse), close partnership with Global and Regional Indirect Category/Sourcing teams, and effective supplier management to deliver value, continuity, and performance.
