**Create value across the entire portfolio of ~$250M of IT Services spend**

**Work to build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers**

**Support sourcing strategies that result in a sustainable competitive advantage for Medtronic**

**Operational management of preferred suppliers – reporting & tracking of spend with priority suppliers, monitoring performance metrics, and overall facilitation of the purchase process**
