- Set up, operate, and maintain all audio, lighting, and visual equipment across resort outlets (theatre, beach, pool, lounges, and event venues) for daily activities, evening shows, and special events.
- Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Team to deliver seamless shows, performances, and guest experiences for themed nights, gala dinners, and large-scale productions.
- Conduct sound checks and lighting tests prior to all events to ensure optimal performance quality.
- Provide technical support for DJs, live performers, and external entertainers as required.
- Adjust lighting effects and sound levels in real-time based on show flow, audience engagement, and management direction.
- Coordinate with DJs, animators, performers, and event hosts to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.
