We are seeking a Transportation Planning Program Manager to lead the weekly forecasting process for our transportation network across all miles (First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile). The candidate will own the end-to-end planning cycle — ensuring critical inputs such as FC ShipPlan, Units Per Box (UPB), and capacity constraints are incorporated into the transportation plan. This role includes leveraging existing planning tools, identifying gaps, writing requirements for new features, and partnering with tech and operations teams to develop local/tactical solutions that address Brazil's unique network characteristics.
