Job Description

General Sonographer | South West | £45,000 - £50,000


Castlefield are thrilled to be partnering with an established provider to support in the provision of a new General Sonographer, This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and motivated Sonographer to work as part of a thriving team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding patient care

Duties:

  • Perform a range of ultrasound examinations independently, including obstetric, transvaginal, abdominal, and general medical scans
  • Provide accurate written reports and liaise effectively with clinicians to support patient management
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
  • Participate in interventional procedures and support foetal medicine clinics.
  • Contribute to departmental quality assurance, audit, and the training of student and trainee sonographers
