About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sonographer to join our Radiology team at Nelson Hospital on a permanent full‑time basis, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). In this role you will deliver a safe, high‑quality ultrasound service within a clinical environment, completing full examinations and recommending appropriate techniques to support patient care. The position involves rostered and rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, with start and finish times between 8:00am and 9:00pm. There is no formal on‑call requirement, although best‑endeavours support may be required for acute criteria.
