Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement: Provide professional wine service and expert pairing advice to guests, enhancing the overall dining experience. Cellar Management: Oversee wine inventory, ensuring correct storage conditions, stock rotation, and meticulous record-keeping. Menu Development: Work closely with the Beverage Manager and Chefs to ensure the wine list complements the specific Greek, Italian, or Steakhouse menus.
