Minimum Requirements
- Recognized Sommelier certification (e.g., WSET Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- 35 years experience in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of South African wines.
- Excellent guest engagement and storytelling skills.
- Strong palate and pairing expertise.
- Inventory and cost management ability.
