Role Overview

As a Sommelier , you’ll be at the heart of our beverage program – guiding guests through our wine list, curating pairings, and sharing the stories behind each bottle with warmth and confidence, ensuring our drinks offering is as memorable as our food, while mentoring floor staff to build their own knowledge and confidence.
