Solutions Engineer – Post Sales (Remote, Philippines)

Exclusive Networks is a global cybersecurity specialist providing partners and end‑customers with a wide range of services and products. The Solutions Engineer will support our reseller base by delivering high‑quality post‑sales support and project implementation across the portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide post‑sales support and project implementation, ensuring SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on schedule.
• Conduct project kick‑off meetings with customers, documenting implementation procedures and aligning work within the signed scope of work.
• Obtain signed UAT from the authorized end‑user contact after completing implementation activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Hand over completed projects to the partner account or post‑sales team.
