Job Purpose:
To drive both Project delivery and day-to-day operations for Infrastructure Applications covering Mail & Messaging, Identity, Endpoint, and Collaboration services , ensuring high availability (24×7×365) , operational stability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.
The role combines operational ownership with project and transformation leadership , driving modernization initiatives including automation, AI-driven operations (AIOps) , lifecycle management, and service optimization while ensuring security, governance, and business continuity.
Qualification:
B. E./B. Tech / MCA / MSc IT (preferred)
9–12 yrs in IT Infra / Solution Architecture
Strong experience in AD, Exchange, IAM, Endpoint
Proven project/program delivery experience
Exposure to AIOps, automation & monitoring
Experience in enterprise (24x7, SLA-driven) environments
Skills:
