About the Role

Lead Inviso's Guadalajara Solution Assessment hub—a team delivering assessments for Microsoft end-customers across cloud, security, and AI transformation. You’ll own the hub’s delivery quality, capacity, and growth: coaching and developing your team, managing pipeline and innovations, and serving as the point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders across Field and Corp roles. Your focus is leading people and orchestrating delivery, with enough technical fluency to guide your consultants and set direction.

Eligibility

• Based in the Guadalajara area (hybrid, 3 days in‑office delivery)
• C2‑level English fluency— all communication is in English
• Must be able to onboard as a Microsoft Outsourced vendor (v‑dash) without a 6‑month break
• Prior experience managing or leading a delivery team
• Must reside and work in Guadalajara
