You are responsible for turning our business ideas into working systems. As the solution architect for our Pharmacy Value Stream, you will design both our traditional platforms and new Agentic AI tools. Your technical solutions will make our daily operations more efficient, reduce business costs, and ultimately improve the healthcare services we provide.


What you’ll do:

+ Partner with Product Owners at project initiation to define and scope technical solutions, covering both AI and traditional technologies.

+ Design and architect modern systems, from enterprise platforms to cutting-edge Agentic AI.

+ Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept using Python, Java, and AI tools like Claude Code and Google Gemini.

+ Lead technical discussions with business leaders and engineering teams, translating complex ideas into clear action.
