We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical evolution of key capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical requirements for Reporting (Historic and real-time) for the assisted channels (Contact Center and Branches), collaborating with the Functional product owner.
