We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join our fast-paced Residential Conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing a caseload of local property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
• Understanding and adhering to SRA compliance/ CLC Code of Conduct requirements and any other governing/regulatory body’s rules and regulations e.g. SRA and land registry.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
