As a Solderer I, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $25 hr.**

**Shift: M-F :1st Day shift**

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies on the production line.
+ Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work procedures accurately.
+ Solder components and assemble printed circuit boards using soldering irons and other tools.
+ Handle thru-hole, SMT, BGA components, and mechanical assemblies with precision.
+ Inspect completed work for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
