Job Description
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to plan daily work, manage progress, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Conduct site survey, pre-work briefings, toolbox meetings, and ensure all workers comply with HIRARC, MOS, PTW, and other safety documentation requirements.
- Verify site readiness, materials availability, and manpower allocation before commencement of work.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure timely completion of tasks within schedule and budget.
- Record daily site activities, including work progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and equipment deployment.
