We are seeking an experienced and dependable Solar Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to work both on the ground and on the roof when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar service and maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of SolarEdge and Enphase systems
• Familiarity with both production and consumption metering
• Understanding of manufacturer communication systems for both SolarEdge and Enphase
• Ability to diagnose system issues and perform effective troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair residential and commercial solar systems
• Create and manage RMA cases, ensuring proper follow-up through completion
• Climb and work on rooftops when required for diagnostics and repairs
