Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
- Coordinate and manage project documentation and customer records
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents through shared platforms
- Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project coordination
- Assist in tracking project progress and submission documents where required
- Handle general administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
