As a Solar Proposals Engineer, you will be responsible for developing competitive technical and commercial proposals for solar PV and hybrid energy systems. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to design efficient, cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 37 years experience in solar PV design or proposals
• Experience with tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of inverters, battery storage, and grid integration
• Ability to compile BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions
• Strong commercial awareness and costing experience
