Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) as a minimum
• A formal electrical qualification or trade certificate would be an advantage
• Between one and two years of experience in a technical repairs, electronics, or support environment
• Practical exposure to solar PV systems and electrical fault-finding
• Solid understanding of inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and DB boards
• Confidence using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
