A growing professional services firm is hiring an experiencedIT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This IT Trainer / Software Trainer will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
• Deliver onboarding & refresher training, create engaging learning materials
• Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
• Support users post-implementation during system changes
• Administer and track training activities
