Job Description
The Adaptavist Group in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Software Support Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of Support Engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class support while driving operational improvements and monitoring performance against SLAs.
This role involves significant hands-on experience with customer support software, coding knowledge in Java/Groovy or JavaScript/TypeScript, and collaboration across teams to improve the overall customer support experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong technical background.
