**Description:** This role will support the fast-paced Airborne Software organization as a project engineer. You will report through Combat Systems and be responsible for integrating cost and schedule across mission‑critical software projects, maintaining technical roadmaps, and driving process and metric generation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain the technical, cost, and schedule dimensions of all team contracts and ensure data integrity across the Airborne Software portfolio.
- Assist leadership and control account managers by monitoring project health, troubleshooting issues, and developing detailed project plans, timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Review project status, budgets, and cost inquiries; document variances, track critical‑path shifts, and contribute to annual CEAC (Cost‑Estimate‑at‑Completion) efforts and new‑business proposals.
