**Meet the Team**
The Cisco Wireless Feature & System Engineering team builds end-to-end wireless capabilities across access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. We design features that span device software, control planes, and management systems to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance enterprise Wi-Fi.
**Your Impact**
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will define and drive the long-term technical direction for wireless radio software across Ciscoβs access point portfolio. You will influence architecture, guide multiple teams, and ensure delivery of high-performance, scalable wireless systems
+ Define strategy and architecture for radio firmware and driver systems across platforms
+ Drive alignment across multiple teams (platform, feature, QA, hardware, vendors)
