We are looking for our new Engineering Manager so that he can be a key player in the strategic decision to lead your technology teams. The main challenges are:
- Build or scale up one or more software engineering teams.
- Cultivate a challenging and inspiring environment that supports the company to retain, attract and hire people who are talented and better than you.
- Lead a team of Engineers (Software and Data) focused on improving developer velocity, scalability, and testability of Shapes in diverse project areas and platforms.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the product life cycle including design, implementation, and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, feedback and continuous improvement.
- Conduct effective 1:1s, team meetings and rituals.
