**What you’ll do**
+ **Lead & grow teams:** Hire, coach, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across geographies; establish clear roles, objectives, and growth paths; build succession plans.
+ **Own delivery & portfolios:** Run an outcomes-driven portfolio with transparent OKRs, prioritization, and release plans; ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and smooth transitions to operations.
+ **Stakeholder management:** Engage senior business leaders, product owners, and functional partners to translate needs into scalable solutions and to drive adoption and change.
+ **Operational excellence:** Ensure production reliability (data availability, quality SLAs), incident response, and continuous improvement across 24x7 operations.
