About the Role
We are looking for an Audio Algorithm Development Manager to lead the design and deployment of high-performance audio algorithms for next-generation of audio enabled multimedia platforms. This role combines audio/DSP expertise with people leadership, owning audio algorithm development from concept and modeling through validation and product release.
You will work at the heart of audio solutions balancing audio quality, latency, power, and compute constraints, while collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams.

Technical Leadership
β’ Lead development of audio algorithms including (but not limited to):
β’ Equalization, Dynamic Range Control (DRC), loudness management
β’ Speaker protection
β’ Spatial audio, stereo widening, crosstalk cancellation
β’ Noise suppression
β’ Psychoacoustic ...
