This role offers the opportunity for experienced Senior Software Engineers to lead the full lifecycle of real-time embedded software development, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, integration, and verification testing. You will design, develop, and support embedded software systems, work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, and contribute directly to mission-critical defense applications. The position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and helping shape best practices and team capabilities.
