Sam’s Club Merchandising team is responsible for building and scaling next-generation item and assortment management capabilities across enterprise retail platforms. This includes driving automation, improving data quality, and enabling seamless supplier and operational workflows. The team leads the evolution of end-to-end item lifecycle management by enabling advanced item setup, maintenance, and governance through AI-driven and automated workflows, including item onboarding, enrichment, classification, and variant management, while simplifying legacy processes. They strengthen data foundations by establishing a single source of truth for item data, expanding data synchronization with external partners, and enhancing taxonomy and attribute governance.
