About The Role

Join as a software engineer to build and innovate across the company's stack, including APIs, data pipelines, and agent tooling. This role offers the opportunity to own significant product areas from the start, impacting the company's agent platform and customer integrations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ship features end-to-end across backend, data, and frontend systems.
• Design and build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to transform insurance workflows into reliable software solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of the systems you develop.
• Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and participate in on-call duties as the team expands.
