Software Engineer – AI - London / Hybrid (UK-based)

A high-growth, FinTech company is building intelligent, data-driven products to support businesses and consumers at scale across the UK and US. The organisation operates cloud-native platforms used by a large and diverse customer base and is continuing to invest heavily in AI-enabled capabilities across its core products.

Role

This role sits within a product-led engineering team focused on applying AI and Generative AI to real-world business problems. You’ll work on large-scale systems where impact is measured by outcomes, not output.

You will:

• Design and engineer large-scale, production-grade systems (5+ years’ experience)
• Focus on business impact rather than lines of code
• Embrace DevOps culture: you build it, you run it
• Work effectively in cross-functional, autonomous teams
• Mentor other engineers and help raise the bar across the team
