Your Role – Software Development Manager

You will lead a Booking engineering team that shapes the patient scheduling and communication experience. Responsibilities

Creating an environment where developers deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and practitioners. Building solid communication rhythms within the team and across Booking. Guiding the team through iterative planning and delivery while improving engineering discipline. Coaching developers to grow their craft and fostering a learning mindset. Partnering with Product and Design to solve the most meaningful problems. Supporting the team in using AI tools responsibly across the development lifecycle. Qualifications
